We understand that everyone's work preferences are unique. Whether you prefer a co-working setup or need a dedicated space, we have options to accommodate your needs. Our desks can comfortably accommodate up to eight team members.

High-Speed Internet

Stay connected with lightning-fast internet speeds of up to 300 MBPS. Each desk is equipped with direct connectivity through relevant cords or Wi-Fi for seamless online access.

24/7 Access

Members have the convenience of 24/7 access to the workspace. Your team can work in shifts of up to 12 hours each, allowing for flexible working hours.

Free Conference Room Usage

Take advantage of our free conference room facility, available for up to 2 hours per team per week, subject to advance booking.

Ample Parking

Convenient parking is available around the community garden next to the workspace. Please note that parking is at the owner's risk, and the workspace assumes no responsibility for the parking area.

Comfortable Environment

All our rooms are climate-controlled to maintain a comfortable atmosphere. For those who prefer natural ventilation, we also provide ample fans and windows/doors to ensure the perfect lighting and airflow.

Self-Service Kitchen

You'll have access to our self-service kitchen, equipped for preparing your own tea, coffee, snacks, or heating your home-cooked meals.
